Username
Use your first name and surname, in lower case letters, without any spaces. For example, if your name is Mary Smith then your username is marysmith.
Password
Use your tutors' membership number, with lower case letters. For example, if your membership number is B01234 then your password is b01234. Any 0 in your membership number is always zero, not the letter O.
