Shop too slow?

There are many reasons why the shop may be slow at any one time, including our server or your ISP's server being very busy. Or there being a lot of traffic over your connection to the internet.

If you are using Internet Explorer 7 (IE7), turning off the automatic phishing filter should help to speed things up.

To do this, on your browser window, click on Tools then Phishing Filter then Turn Off Automatic Website Checking...

(You may wish to turn the filter back on for general web browsing.)

Alternatively, you could try using Firefox instead of IE7, as this tends to provide faster web browsing.
