Returning items

The Makaton Charity's policy is to offer excellent customer service and as part of this policy, you may return any item you have received from under the following conditions:

  1. The item must be returned within 14 days of the invoice date.
  2. Books must be unused (re-saleable) condition.
  3. CDs/Videos/DVDs/Software items must be unused and have their seal or shrink-wrap intact.
  4. Any other item must be returned in new condition with the original packaging and accessories.
