To order online from The Makaton Charity's website, makaton.org, browse or search the online shop for the products you would like to buy and add them to your shopping basket. When you wish to purchase the contents of your basket, click on checkout, which is found in the right column near the top of each page.
Information provided to us during the checkout process is completely secure.
The checkout process is quick and easy:
Enter your details - you will be asked to provide us with the name and address that your credit or debit card is registered to.

Order summary - you will be shown a summary of your order containing details of the post and packaging charges. You will be asked to confirm your order.

Confirm your order - your details and order will be listed, with the option to make amendments if required.

Payment details - you will be redirected to the HSBC website where you will be asked to enter your payment details.

Order complete - if approved, your order will be despatched. If you order is not approved, accepted or if you have any queries regarding your order, please contact us.
Availability
The availability for each product on our site is displayed on its product detail page. Only items that are in stock will be allocated to your order. If your order contains items with different dispatch or delivery times, we may wait until we are able to send them in a single parcel.
Our availability information is updated regularly but it is possible that in some instances, a title may become unavailable between updates. In such cases, we will keep you informed about the progress of your order. We will also let you know if it's advisable to cancel your order.
